During the initial consultation, we’ll review your plans, provide expert input, and ask detailed questions to ensure that everyone is aligned. Once everything is clear, we’ll present a comprehensive proposal outlining what’s included within the scope of work—and what’s not.

We offer flexibility in sourcing materials: you’re welcome to provide your own finishes, such as cabinets, tiles, or flooring, or you can rely on us to supply and install everything. If you choose the latter, your project manager and our experienced interior designer will guide you through selecting materials, colors, lighting, and more to bring your dream space to life.

Once pre-construction is complete, we’ll move to the next phase. During demolition and construction, we take every precaution to protect your property and belongings. Trash will be removed daily, and a waste bin will remain onsite throughout the project. Portable toilets and secure fencing will also be provided to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
